How long do I have to return my order?
You have the right to return your order to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please ensure that the items are in their original condition and show no additional signs of wear.
How does the return process work?
The return is uncomplicated.
Simply fill out our returns form and provide your order number and the email address used for the order. Then, follow the described steps to complete your return.
After we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
My product has defects or stains
Vintage clothing is unique and, due to its age, may occasionally show slight signs of wear. We strive to display all visible defects as transparently as possible in the product images and descriptions.

The product doesn't fit
Since vintage clothing often uses older sizing, the size labels may differ from current standards.
Therefore, we carefully measure each piece and provide the corresponding measurements in the product description. We recommend comparing these with a similar garment before purchasing.
Should the item still not fit, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
Who bears the cost of the return?
The costs for the return are borne by the buyer, unless there is an error on our part or an item was delivered defective.
